MELALEUCA vs. CLARK

        In 1998 Dr. Clark established legal precedence in a lawsuit that was filed against her based upon libel.  Even though the trial court ruled against her, the Court of Appeal in San Diego reversed the trial court ruling and turned the case around to Dr. Clark's favor.  The case set new law in California.
