04/22/03	California Court of Appeal hands down major precedent setting ruling against Quackbusters and recognizes homeopathy.  See full text Ruling.	The Court of Appeal in Los Angeles filed its opinion in the case of National Council Against Health Fraud vs. King Bio Pharmaceuticals in a precedent setting published opinion.   In its decision, the Court of Appeal pointed out that NCAHF had no evidence to support its own claims and affirmed the trial court's decision throwing out the case.  Stephen Barrett served as the main witness in the case and supervised its handling.  This is the first case of its kind as to this issue and its relationship to homeopathy.
08/08/01	LAWSUIT AGAINST DR. CLARK DISMISSED!!!	San Francisco Superior Court Judge David A. Garcia dismissed the lawsuit filed by Esther Figueroa and Jose Figueroa against Dr. Clark.
07/25/01	OAKLAND Judge throws out Barrett Lawsuit against ILENA ROSENTHAL as SLAPP suit.  See full text Ruling.	Oakland Superior Court Judge James A. Richman throws out lawsuit filed by Barrett, Polevoy & Grell against ILENA ROSENTHAL based upon Free Speech and SLAPP.  Orders that Plaintiffs (Barrett, Polevoy & Grell) pay attorney's fees & costs.
07/23/01	NEW CENTURY PRESS files RICO (Racketeering) lawsuit against STEPHEN BARRETT and fellow "Quackbusters"	10 Count lawsuit filed in Oakland Superior Court.  Lawsuit is first of its kind against Quackbusters.  This case has been voluntarily dismissed by New Century Press for re-filing at a later date.
07/20/01	Mexican Federal Judge Orders Century Nutrition REOPENED!!!!	Health Department head signs order allowing clinic to reopen on news of Court order.
07/13/01	Dr. Clark Research Association files Motion to Quash Service of Complaint.	Barrett Plaintiffs fail to correctly serve  Dr. Clark Research Association.
07/06/01	Hearing on Demurrer of New Century Press to Complaint.	Court orders case to go forward.  New Century Press expected to file Answer within days denying all charges
